Greg's Heating and Air Conditioning has been family and locally owned since 1984. We can provide heating and cooling options to your home or your local business. Honesty and hard work are two things we value very much. Time is precious. We understand that our services at times are not planned for. We strive to communicate all aspects of our projects and services, offer incentives, financing and all payment options to make the process as smooth as possible. We believe in supporting and being involved in our local community.

About the Owner

AJ Schneider President/Owner of Greg's Heating and Air Conditioning,Inc.started his HVAC career by attending Linn Benton Community College completing a degree program and a trade school program while working nights at an oil factory in Salem. Soon after completing the program he started working for a small local heating and air conditioning company where he worked mostly in residential installation, retrofit,and service. With a high demand for technicians,there were always opportunities to experience more. AJ decided to spread his wings a little more and took a job to work for a very large firm in Salem. Over the next 13 years he worked in multiple positions for the company while completing a 4 year apprenticeship and degree program at Chemeketa Community College. He started out mostly as a service technician which quickly changed to managing the service and maintenance department and eventually the sales department. In 2019 another opportunity presented itself, an opportunity to be a business owner in a field he loves to work in. He purchased the company from Greg Gardner who was ready to retire. AJ is excited to provide good honest work to his local community and looks forward to growing the company to meet his vision.
